In the first year of existence, we raised capital from almost 30 investors. Our goal is to continue growing and offering a sustainable real estate investment option for everyone who, like us, believes in the community and in the essential nature of cities.

Gustavo Garcia
Engineer graduated from the Polytechnic School of UFBa and with an MBA in Financial Engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP.
He has over 15 years of experience in structuring financial products and working in the treasury departments of national and international banks and companies.
Lucas V R da Costa Mendes
Lawyer graduated from PUC-Rio, with a master’s degree in International Commercial Law from Queen Mary, University of London.
He has over a decade of experience in commercial transactions and disputes, especially in the construction, real estate, and corporate areas, in Brazil and abroad.
Marcos M. Costa
Graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administration at USP, with a postgraduate degree in Economics and Finance from FGV-SP and in Mobility and Contemporary Cities from Escola da Cidade-SP, he has over 15 years of experience in areas such as Investor Relations, Treasury, M&A and Market Risk in publicly traded national companies.
